She was born in Daviess County, Sept. 14, 1894, a daughter of LeRoy Wadsworth and Mary E. O'Rourke Wadsworth. In March of 1913, she married Willard Holt and he preceded her in death in June of 1958. She had been a Bicknell resident for 49 years, and she was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church.
